Please note: Situated in a typical London cellar beneath The Phoenix Theatre, The Phoenix Arts Club currently does not have step-free access. Collaborating with the building landlord for improvements, they state that they presently follow wheelchair ‘carry-down’ procedures per HM Government Guidelines. Electric wheelchairs can be securely stored at ground level. Upon entering, navigate down 17 steps with two landings to reach the main performance space.
We would still like to try to ensure that everyone's visit is as comfortable as possible. If you receive tickets and any of your party have special access needs, please follow the instructions in the 'ACCESS' section of the ticket.
