| | | | | CHANNEL 4 LOOKING FOR PEOPLE LIVING WITH A LIFE-LIMITING CONDITIONThe multi-award winning documentary team at Naked are producing an ambitious, yet heartfelt documentary series for Channel 4 which tackles the subject of bereavement head on; a subject often shrouded in silence and fear. The production team are looking for inspirational people who have been given a prognosis of 12 months or less the opportunity to record a series of messages for friends and family to be shared after their passing.
The team are hoping this series will highlight the positive effects of talking openly about dying and death in Britain. Having previously piloted this series in America, the previous contributors have found the filming process has led them to think about, discuss and feel better prepared as they reach the end of their lives. It has also provided great comfort to them knowing that the messages they leave for friends and family are intended to not only help them cope with their grief, but also encourage them to carry on living fulfilling lives.
Whether it's encouraging them to chase unfulfilled dreams, helping them mend long standing rifts, providing them with meaningful gifts or advising them how to live and love when their family member has gone, the series aims to help people leave a lasting legacy. This documentary is about life after loss and giving a positive voice to those who want to help their families adjust to life without them.
In producing this series, the team understands that they face a challenge opening up conversations about bereavement and are working closely with experts in palliative care. Programmes like The Hospice and We Need to Talk about Death have begun to open up the dialogue in this area and they are hoping to continue this process by helping families approach the subject of dying and death in a new and constructive way.
For more details about the series: https://www.channel4.com/press/news/channel-4-announces-specialist-factual-commission-ghost-wt
If you would like to express an interest in taking part in the series please get in touch. There is no commitment to take part beyond a friendly and respectful phone call with a member of the production team. | | | | |

| | | | | WHAT WOULD YOUR KID DO? hosted by JASON MANFORDHit ITV family show What Would Your Kid Do? is back for a brand new series and we’re filming at Dock 10 Studios in MediaCity, Manchester.
Hosted by Jason Manford, it’s the show that asks how well we really know our kids, by challenging parents to guess what their children will do in a variety of entertaining situations.
Each show sees children filmed in a school specially rigged with hidden cameras. The kids think they’re taking part in a variety of classroom activities and games, unaware that we’re actually testing everything from empathy and lateral thinking to risk taking and rule breaking. Back in the studio, Jason challenges the parents to predict what their child will do in each situation: providing a fascinating, surprising and hilarious insight into the developing minds of 5, 6 and 7 year-olds.
The family with the most correct predictions goes through to the final. But on this show, it’s not the adults choosing the prizes… it’s the kids.
