STRANGELY TALENTED
Strangely Talented was the talent and variety extravaganza that showcased the most obscure but genuinely talented performers in Britain, transporting the audience into the world of the Victorian sideshow or burlesque club where the most unusual acts went up against the squeaky clean boy band look-alikes; a battle of beauty versus beast where only the studio audience decided who went through to the grand final.

Overseeing this talent extravaganza with a twist was Master of Ceremonies Max Somerset, the multi-talented magician and musician. During the course of the show Max went into the audience to ask for their opinions on proceedings.

Strangely Talented was Britain’s first competition of its kind to let a rich variety of acts take part in all their sword-swallowing, fire-eating, bad-miming glory.

The show was recorded at Fountain Studios, Wembley.
